The scale moved again to 177.5. So all of my hard work last week is starting to show even with TOM here. I really think if I work my butt off this month I can get into the 160's. Lots of walking, baseball and clean eating are my real goals for May. I dont even know when the last time I weighed 160 anything so I am really getting excited

I am feeling better today. The scale still didn't move but I am motivated and still in ketosis. I did drink my first egg cream this morning. I am really going to keep that up and experiment with different flavors. I think I am going to try the coffee one tomorrow.

I did have a wreck yesterday and guess what?? I did not binge eat because of it!! That is a miracle for me! I think that is what put me in a better frame of mind.

Anyway....guess I have to work now. boo hoo....

Morning Peeps!

It's Thursday...almost Friday!!

Made some curry last night....I'm excited to eat it for lunch!!!
I'm keeping up with my steps at least 10,000 a day..on tuesday I did over 16,000 so I'm excited I'm def excited to be alive, able to chat with you lovely peeps

Long day....teaching class tonight

Coconut oil must be powerful stuff

Been upping my co each day so now at about 3-4 tbsp. Sweet bayjesus this is powerful stuff. Think I've moved up on the amounts too quickly as now feel fairly nauseous. Bah.
