Today is Friday and I feel good. I have errands again today, but I am not going right out this morning. After I drop my daughter off at school, I am coming home to chill out and nap a little then head out about 12noon.

I am still on plan and I plan to stay that way for the rest of this month!

on my bike.

God it's funny. There's an intersection near where I live that is under heavy heavy construction right now. I used to drive thru it 4 times a day, going to work, then home for lunch, then back and again.

Now that I bike I follow that route for a little while until I turn off and cut through a shopping center. But, before I turn off, in the evenings during rush hour traffic gets backed up there for at least a quarter mile by the time I get there biking home from work.

I just blow right by all of them sitting in their cars, waiting for the light...

I'm happy it's Friday and with my friends friday=sushi but I need to stay away...so I'm either not going to hang out (not likely) or we need to eat something with way less sodium...

My home scale is actually going down and I don't want to ruin that! Tomorrow is a huge BBQ (IBBQ's) with a game theme...I'm supposed to bring Tiramasu.....but I'm going to bring all my food plus...a core dessert...because when the BBQ is done...I still have to get on the scale so...I'm behaving!

I get so excited when I wake up in the morning as it means I can eat my egg cream. YUM. I think it's because it's the only sweet thing that I get to eat all day and whilst I've curbed the cravings with this woe there's no denying I still like a bit of sweet.

So this morning I had 2 eggs, 2 oz of cream, dash of dv caramel flavour syrup, co and 2 spoonfuls of flax. Lov-erly. The only thing that would have made it more perfect is half an avocado for extra creaminess. Will do that tomorrow once I buy some more.

I have my school reunion tomorrow. Wish I'd been given...

Today is definitely a good month to begin anew! I am looking foward to everything that is coming my way in all areas of my life. I am eternally grateful to my God that he has constantly spared me, had mercy on me, and blessed me so favorably.

Today was very busy for me. I have been trying to find my husband something to wear to to the Steve Harvey show we are going to Saturday night. He is so picky. I still haven't found him anything.
