Got some jeans zipped today

Well I am feeling pretty good. Got some jeans zipped today that I havent been able to since last year. I feel good about it but would feel even better if the "got them zipped last year" wasnt a factor. But I know I have to start again some where! we shall see tomorrow what the scale says. Please be good to me!

Reality Check on Weight Fluctualtions

The Start of a New Beginning!

In 2002 I started Atkins with a starting weight of 141 at 5'4 and within 2 months reached a weight of 118. I was very pleased with the outcome. Working out 7 days a week for at least an hour a day and sticking to the diet strictly. However I was so pleased with the results I started to have a different mentality of "well just one piece of pizza won't hurt since I've hit my goal and feel great". Soon that one piece of pizza became two and then ice cream for dessert and before I knew it I was back in my old eating habits and exercising was non existent again. I started to put the...

Yea another 1/2 lb gone. Scale holding at 171.5 Wont be able to walk due to 45 mi hour winds again. We always get wind in the desert but this year has been ridiculous I guess I will get some more heavy housework done instead.

BREAKFAST: 3 slices of bacon and diet dr pepper


LUNCH: 1.5 servings of Planters Peanuts and one of those tiny pre-made cans of tuna salad with crackers but I ditched the crackers and 50.7 oz water

DINNER: toppings off of 3 slices of pizza and had drinks with Wendy
