Diet diet diet diet . . . .what is the correct way to eat?

I had training all day today so no workout. I should have gone but I haven't taken a day off in two weeks almost. I got out at 4 but just decided to relax. I am totally ready for a refeed. Proabably Saturday. I ate a low carb tortilla just a minute ago because I wanted something but not too many carbs. It had only 5 net carbs and boy was it good. I was so tired of eating only veggies.

My calories were in the 1600-1800 range but the last week have been majorly high - as high as even 2900. I have been so tired because of my low carb stores. I'm biking an extra hour as well...

Day before tomorrow.

Shopped. Got in LOTS of good basic wholesome food.

Looking forward to tomorrow but at the same time somewhat nervous.

Had last carb blowout tonight. Pepperoni pizza and apple strudel. Feel bloated and sick.

Tomorrow all planned. Fingers crossed I'm going to stick in there.

I need to lose 60 pounds Minimum . Wow unbelievable really how I have just lost controll! Anybody out there who can help me through this by being my close buddy !!!!! Motivate ,wine, cry, talk, get happy, complaine, get totaly pumped about losing all the weight together with me . I need a buddy ! Looking for you out there ! HELP !!!! Im in great need of help !!!! looking for someone to do this together !!!!

Well still feeling positive and great!!!!

EOG's are done - proctored last 3 days and that is tireing!!!!!

School is almost out for my children, but just started back up for me.

Positive thought for today: weight down, not hungry, great weather, great family, healthy children.

Day 4 almost done and still going strong.....

Ugh ... I never got around to packing up my scale, since we got started on those books and such, and that darn thing scooted over and leaped under my feet last night! And again this morning! It was the craziest thing ...

Anyway, I happened to notice the number it gave, and I wasn't happy with it in the least. *sigh* So, I'm going to have to be extremely strict now ... I've been too lazy for too long! No more bites! I'm definitely a BLT cook ... definitely ... but, no more! I'll make someone else taste for seasoning, even.

Sis and I are working...
