and it's called Wii Fit!!! Oh my goodness I just love this thing!! I have a confession to make...I hate exercising...I mean I really don't like it! I've tried buying dvds, equipment and all kinds of stuff to keep me interested and it doesn't work. I don't think I'll ever be one of those people that eventually LOVES exercise. Hell I can barely tolerate it! I love Wii Fit though! It's so much freaking fun! I've used it every day since I've had it! This will probably be my main source of exercise with the exception of some walking.

My refeed is over for the day! I came home from work and my blood sugar was totally messed up from carbs all day. I started eating bread like crazy!! I ate 8 pieces of bread toasted under the broiler with butter spray. 2 of those pieces I used to make grilled cheese. Then I ate tons of cereal - fiber one, cheerios, and special K high protein. I was stuffed and sick to death. I opted to go bike riding even though it was cold and windy. I survived and ended up getting really hot. It was so fun and wanted to keep going. I had tons of energy!! Don't know if that did damage to my refeed or...

Hyponatremia - my experience when I exercise

When I go into a workout, my sodium is low but not too low ~124-130. That is low for a normal person but for me that is "my normal." Normal is at minimum 136. By the end of a 40 minute cardio or 20 minute HIIT session I will have been through 40-60 oz of water while working out. In the last part of my workout if I continue I'll consume another 20 oz. If I don't have the water with me I feel as though I can't breath correctly and have a hard time keeping my heart rate up while feeling comfortable. I can't even run outside without chugging tons of water before I go. then there is...

Refeed day!

Today is my refeed day and I've followed it to the best of my ability. I did eat too much fat already today. I was soooo hungry and needed something so I ate an egg yolk. so, here is my day so far.

B: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1/2 T coconut oil, 1 la tortilla factory low carb wrap to give me a bit of energy I suppose. I kinda ate 2.5 last night which was a guess the beginning of my refeed. I've read that you can do a 48 hr refeed so I'm not concerned with this. I did go over calorie wise yesterday. I was very hungry and so tired!

Pre-workout: 11 strawberries....

Let's see where do I start with this...

My starting weight in March was 270lbs.
My weight today (May 23) is 250 lbs (I'm a DOT on Fitday, very exciting).
Losing 20lbs was my first goal that I was hoping to accomplish by June 1st and it's nice to see that I did it with time to spare .

My second mini goal is to lose another 20lbs by Sept 1st. I'm going to be visiting my family in Canada for 3 months and DH will be back home working and it would be SOOO incredibly amazing if I could surprise him with a 20lb loss. I would love to see the look on...
