Sunday Menu

Breakfast - one fried egg and 5 slices of turkey bacon
Snack - 10-15 pistachios
Lunch - Fried cheese and 1oz of pork rinds, one wiener
Dinner - one chicken breast and half of a zucchini cooked with butter and nutmeg
Dessert - lime sf jello with a little whipped cream

according to fitday.com, I have had 14 carbs today...yikes..that is probably too low

I am going to try and take in more veggies starting tomorrow.

I been on the atkins diet 2years ago the first year i lost a total of 85pounds but fell back into my old ways and gain it all back and then some. I recently got back on the atkins diet but with a little twist i currently drink tw0 low carb high protein shakes daily with 1 snack and 1 meal and the inches are coming off rapidly I also go to the gym 4times a week. I need to know if there is any one else on the same diet or familiar one who could give me added advice.

I ended up weighing myself at 3:30am!

I am now down 3lbs as of 3:30am on 5/25/08

Seems like I am on the right track and chances are that is not accurate since I had a mock danish about 2 hours before that?

Shopping

I had soo much fun shopping yesterday. My DH stayed home with Matthew and Vicky (first time EVER that he stayed alone with them, they are 19 months old ). Kids and daddy had a great time.
My SIL came to pick me up and we got our hair done (first time for me in 2 years). I did't change it drastically, just have some long layers in but I love it because now I have some shape to it so I can wear it down without it going and I can still pull it up and out of my face when I'm with my darlings .

Afterwards we went out to eat and I had a yummy chicken salad ...

Updates

Let me see, I have been posting on forums and not updating the blog... For May, I have lost 16 lbs so far... Yay! Now weighing in at 214, which puts me at losing 92 lbs since January 3 2008. I am at the lowest weight that I have been in about 9 years. Thank God!! I can see Onderland by July 4th... Fireworks will be exploding in the skies and I will be jumping up and down with joy!

I have found that one of my greatest supports on this journey is the Century Club challenge board (lose 100 lbs by November) -- and am now commiting to also be a part of the Midyear Resolution...
