I'm pissed!

I gained a pound and a half this week. I was OP all week, worked out 5 out of 7 days at least 40 minutes.

Anyway, I was really upset earlier. I worked out very heard (or as hard as I could w/ a massive case of fatigue) for 40 minutes and started a new weight training routine.

I feel healthy and strong right now w. my endorphins flowing.

Tomorrow is the doctor to see about my thyroid which I suspect is the culprit here for a lot of this nonsense, although my last 2 TSH tests were normal.

*shrug*

Memorial Day

Posted 05-26-2008 at 03:35 PM by feather319
What a day! Got up ready for cardio at the gym. When I got there nobody was in the parking lot. Of course - they are closed! No warning or anything yesterday. So I hop tailed it home to do a workout video before I lost my motivation. I did the Firm Cardio sculpt but I paused as soon as they slowed down the cardio bit and got on my elliptical and did 20 minutes. Then I finished the Firm sculpting piece. Great workout! I'm thinking I should do this at least once a week. typically I'm only concerned about calories and making sure I lift but it's no wonder my abs aren't ripped! My body...

Day 4, the round up of the day.

Posted 05-26-2008 at 01:22 PM by Bibby
Well I guess today wasn't too good Atkins wise. Firstly I had to go to the hospital without having brekky. I forgot to take my chicken to the hospital to eat after the blood test. I had chicken donner meat for lunch with a pitifully small salad. Drank as much as I could. Then had a cheese omelette for dinner with tomato.

Just didn't feel hungry. I'd be surprised if I have eaten 20g but I just don't want to eat. I am certain I haven't drunk enough but I am trying to rectify that now. Maybe I will be OK tomorrow.

Mood. Kind of screwed up. I am not sure if...

May 26, 2008

I weighed myself for the first time in a few weeks. 199 pounds. Argh! Before Christmas, I was down to 166. Not that there's any mystery where those pounds came from.

Yesterday at church, one of the guys wore his old Navy officer's uniform to the Memorial Day service. The rest of us his age marveled (and envied) that it still fit him.

Today's food plan:

BREAKFAST
2 eggs scrambled w/ a slice of cheese, 1/2 c. frozen spinach, 1/2 c. chopped onion, in 1 Tbsp cooking oil, & 4 slices bacon.

LUNCH
1 can of tuna w/ chopped onions...
