Four day work week!!

Gooood Morning!

Hey peeps! I am back from a loooong weekend and I'm stuffed. I ate sooo much up until yesterday.....So today and this week I'm being extra strict and drinking lots of water.....Not weighing in today @wi because I don't want to know.

Anyways...happy to be back...really tired......I need a day off lol

pbbbbbbttttt.....Week 10 Update

well, it's my own fault, so I won't whine too much, but I could have done better.

kind of went waaayyyy off plan this past holiday weekend. Was down to 328 before the start of the weekend, and weighed in today at 331.2, that's 23.2 lbs in 2 1/2 months.

Again, I could do better if I actually followed the rules better, but I don't so I'll just accept that. Still lots of work to do, but the lbs seem to be coming off at an average of 2 per week'ish and that's not too bad.

went for a fairly strenuous bike ride sunday afternoon. Was an off road trail through...

The proof will be in my wi today! I did take my food with me to camp. I believe that I was op while I was there. I had nice fresh salads and bar-b-qued chicken and steak and it was all good.

I did walk when I was at camp. I actually walked with my friends who were coming by to take their walk so I joined them.

The weather was great and it was nice to be there.

The best news I heard was that the campground is getting Wifi!!!! I will be able to use my new laptop at camp this summer!! I am not really celebrating till I see it though. But...

well here is I think day 6 and I have lost a total of 8 pounds .

I wasnt going to weigh myself but I had to . I was happy it was aloss though . Im so afraid of seeing it go up . I guess if I dont cheat it will go down and not up . Anyways its so nice to see that finnaly something is working for me . So happy . I went walking to today even though I didnt feel like it I have a cold. I went anyways . Then after I was pooped though .

Break fast I had 3 eggs scrambled with small amount onion and green pepper.

snack I had bread and butter pickles with splenda 3 slim jims the small ones .

Lunch small amount...

B: slept late and didn't eat till lunchtime
l: lettuce w/taco meat, salsa, sour cream, cheese
s: cottage cheese
d: lettuce w/cucumber, peppers, grape tomato, dressing; roast, mushrooms

Delicious! I ate more than I should have, but I know I'll adjust as I get used to eating lc and don't have hunger as much.

p.s. I ended up snacking last night when I really wasn't hungry, but I was thankful I stayed lc. I had a hotdog, hamburger and some ricotta cheese with cinnamon and sf vanilla syrup
