Sorry to be MIA so much this month. I have no idea where the time goes. Well.....I guess it could be because I'm walking more.......that takes up about an hour each day.

Last week I had a big WOOSH on the scale. I lost over 3# and it was either week 17 or 18.....HOW? you ask?

Well, I walked 14 days straight ...yes, I am obsessed and crazy. The 3# lost put me very close to Onederland......I'm hoping to catch it today.

I also got the Wii Fit and have used it since we set it up 3 days ago. I love the Step Aerobics section. I started with the Basic,...

Hello all, just found the low carb friends site and hopefully will benefit from it! I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 last month and have been living on 46 grams of carb/meal. Just starting to get "with the program". Have lost 7 1/2 pounds from this and realize it is a life change--I look forward to following along....Have a wonderful day....

Breakfast: 4 strips of bacon and diet pepsi

LUNCH: small can of pre made tuna
20 oz water

SNACK: Slim Jim
SNACK: 2 round slices of salami rolled up with spicy mustard, lettuce and banana peppers

Had 2 beers (light) with Kim

DINNER: 7 oz ribeye about 6 radishes with some ranch
