not too shabby. I'm also not going to be able to bike the rest of this week. I'm in training all week offsight and will have to drive. Will pick it up again next week. Kinda upset I've gotta wait another week to get to 100 miles.

Crunch time too. This weekend we're going to Disney. Trying to stay on plan as much as possible to lose somemore before this weekend.

DS9 would rather stay home

Another great walking day on Sunday. Day2 of the "new route" (2.2miles) and I did it in 39 minutes (Day 1 was 45minutes). Knowing that I would only earn 2 APs I walked until I hit 45 minutes. I was sweating when finished.

I pass by my house twice yesterday (2nd time should have been my ending point, but needed more minutes) and about a dozen neighbors were outside. When I passed they asked me to join them for a beer and I said "I'll be back in a MILE"...
