One month anniversary to LCF!!!

As I approach my one month anniversary to this site, I'm thrilled to report a 26 pound loss! I finally went back to the clinic yesterday for a weigh in and a slap on the wrists for blowing them off a few weeks. I stayed on track throughout my absence, but they really only care about the money unfortunately. I do wish this facility was a bit more supportive or caring, but it's not WW. I also wish they'd provide a menu or something to spice up my life, but again, not going to happen. Which leads me to a great big thank you to all of you! Day 5.....learn to eat slowly and enjoy your food

This one is a biggie for me. I scarf my food most of the time, plus I never eat without having something to read in front of me, which is also a no-no. So, starting today, I have to find ways to remind myself to eat slowly and thoughtfully. The author asks, do you ever eat so fast, or with so many distractions, that when you finish a meal you feel like you didn't get to eat anything? That is me all the time. I made a post it note (my kitchen is filling up with post its) that says Eat With Intention. That is my reminder. I reread my response cards, I didn't eat standing up, I ate slowly without...

A friend of mine just called and gave me some bad news about another friend of mine. It is very upsetting and I can't do anything to fix it. My cheeks are still all flushed hours later.

I'm really hurt and upset and there isn't a darn thing I can do about it.

Bah! I know I am babbling but I needed to get this out. Goodness knows I don't wanna eat over it.

I hit day 11 and still at 9 pounds and i have been so so good . Why isnt it going down more ? I have excersised my booty off. I am full of energy and I feel like I should have droped 20 lol. For reals though !!!! Any ways at least its working . I guess just not as fast as I would like . LOL Im not giving up ever ..... I want to be healthy and skinny . I want someone to look at me and say " Look at that skinny B*&%@ !!" LOL hahahahahahahahahaha Not than Im mean but I want to look that good . LOL hahahahahahahahhahaha Thats so funny

daily Diary May 31 SAT Day 3

2 eggs fried in butter
cabbage fried in butter
1 slice swiss cheese
decaf coffee with sf syrup & whip cream

water
tea with cream/sweetener

1 Tablespoon mixed seafood
1 Tablespoon curried chicken
Mixed greens salad with dab of dressing
slice of quiche (did not eat crust)
2 T of cheesecake
a lick of Chocolate ganiche icing (could not say no)
tea with sweetener/cream

Lamb (again - but it's so good)
grilled asparagus
grilled portobello mushroom
grilled zucchini...
