Today

I did not feel like getting on the treadmill today. But I did it on faith. I just set it up and did what I usually do. I hoped that when I got on I would feel different. Well it wasn't a complete turnabout but I managed to stay on it for 15 mins. My motto is some movement is better than none.

There is always tomorrow. It is the first time that I had that feeling but I am sure it will not be the last.

Hubby did not have surgery today as scheduled because he has a cold and they wouldn't chance it. So more waiting.....

I need the accountability

Posted 05-15-2008 at 03:01 PM by oraki
Well I just finished switching my ww subscription so I can now attend meetings at the center. I even have a nice little temporary card until mine comes in the mail. I decided to sign up for the monthly pass for $40 dollars. I think that's a great deal considering I get access to my etools for free plus it covers the meetings. That's a great deal! I was toying around with the idea of just continuing to pay for the website but not attend meetings but I changed my mind. Right now I definitely need that accountability. This week my food has been pretty good but I know I've eaten some things this...

Well, my night ended okay last night. No yogurt or cottage cheese - yahoo! I did end the night high calorie though eating the rest of my tyson "All natural" whole chicken.

Yup, again the food industry tricked me. I knew better but thought I'd trust Tyson. Don't know why since I don't trust Tyson in any other food I eat. Sometimes I get the "Member's Mark" rotisserie chickens from Sam's club which the meat guy told me were Tyson brand and it was something you could trust to be "good meat.". So anyway. . . I got this article from Dr. Mercola...

Is it time for a nap yet?

Posted 05-15-2008 at 12:26 PM by Sarmay
Seriously ... I am tired.

Anyway, I am doing well with food today after a bit of a binge last night. I put all my foods in my tracker, and I managed to use up my daily points, the remainder of my WPA, and then a couple. Too bad I didn't get any APs in yesterday.

Oh, well! Time to move on!
Now, that said, I am back to where I was before ... I either eat all my points and then some, or I can't fit them all in. I think that, starting next week, I am going to pre-pack the day's food and budget out my points throughout the day. Maybe if I use...
