Day 9, is low carb, low calorie.

My body feels sluggish and unhappy this morning after not having enough fiber yesterday, so I'll have to work at cutting some calories and fat out of my cottage cheese dish so that I can have it every day, even on my very low carb days.

I'm working long hours today so I'm keeping things simple.

Menu

Meal 1 - Bacon & Eggs, ACV
Meal 2 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 3 - Gr. Beef & Sausage with veggies.
Meal 4 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 5 - Bacon & Eggs, Cucumber slices,...

April 1 Weigh In

4.18 lbs gone for the scale free month.

I'll weigh once a week now, as I move up the OWL ladder and I'm determined to get the exercise going.

This week I'm experimenting with: hearty breakfast, medium lunch and smallish dinner. See how that goes.

Glad to be in the land of the living.....
down a lb today
I'm excited about that I know I need to be stricter so I'm working on that....fruits today.....
Things at work aren't really slowing down...but I'll be in and out

No Motivation whatsoever.........Day 2

I was a moody wotsit last night and I cant get out of it today either . I know whats causing it - im nervous about starting my new job on Monday and we are moving in 4 weeks time and I just want to get on with it and GO!!! At the moment, I feel so isolated here - very lonely (i know that sounds rediculous!) all my friends are back in Kent, I dont drive and we live in the middle of nowhere here so I cant get out - and we have very little money cause im not working, so I feel guilty over that too. Basically for the last few weeks I have only seen my son and SO - both of whom I love dearly,...
