Home scale said 147.5 this am.

Staying low cal and low carb. So busy at work it is easy to not eat.

I Totally Despise it!

I'm sorry to say that I cannot, CANNOT do Callanetics. I need lots of movement and noise. Sidesteps, grapevines, kicks, and skips. I even took my before belly shots, frontview and sideview...and let me tell you that's always depressing.

After checking the pics and picking my dignity off of the kitchen floor, I felt the need to exercise and I turned on Callanetics for day 2. There will be no day 3 or beyond because it's going back to its home at the library tomorrow.

I need exercise to be fun and vigorous with lots of hopping and bobbing to loud, pulsating music;...

B: 2 fried eggs, with salsa and 1 LF cheese string;water with crystal light single
S:none
L: Improvised chicken soup with LF "cheese string" noodles!
S: Sugar free popsicle (not too sure if it's phase 1 friendly but dammit I was going nuts!)
D: Mcdonalds quarter pounder minus bun;minus ketchup+side salad w/paul newmans caeser (used very sparingly)
Mcdonalds guilt....
My boyfriend was ordering mcdonalds so as i sat here starving and salivating at the thought of a bit (okay alot) of fat that would fill me up.. and fill the present hole in my head.....

Weighed in at 164.6. -5.5 pounds for induction.

B: 2 eggs cooked in butter, 1 slice spiral ham, mixed raw veggies, decaf w/ 2 tsp DaVinci, 3 tbsp cream
L: 1 chicken leg and thigh, 1 can tuna, mixed raw veggies
D: 1 chicken leg and thigh, 1 hamburger patty (BK Whopper) with 1 oz cheese, mixed raw veggies, 1.5 oz cheese, decaf w/ 2 splenda, 3 tbsp cream
S: 2 cheese sticks (1.5 oz total), splenda sweetened flavored water
S: 2 bags pork rinds, several oz spiral ham, 1 oz cheese, 2 tsp sugar free chocolate syrup

My weight is down to 266 - 19 pounds lost total. Looking forward to achieving my first goal of 20 pounds lost.

My eating has been good. Got hung up a little bit with not checking the sugar content of items before using, like mustard relish and marinara sauce.
