Day 6

Posted 04-05-2008 at 12:52 PM by tammay
Well, the migraine went away yesterday evening but I didn't get much done. Then early this morning, TOM kicked in (which is probably why I had the migraine) and all the lovely gastronomical stuff that goes with it (cramps, etc.) so I spent most of the early morning not being able to sleep and running to the bathroom. Thank goodness all has settled now, although I'm still feeling "out of it". I do plan on going for a walk to a cafe and do some writing, though.

I am almost a week back on lowcarbing and I just wish I had been feeling better physically in other ways besides...

Just found a site that shakes me up. Does this apply to my own situation as I work to get with a LC program that will pare me down to a size that is healthier and less cumbersome than my current size? I think maybe this applies to me.

Truth exists as an absolute. We know it, hate it and pretend we don’t know it so we can fill time with our personhood charade. Again, the dream is the context for the drama, and this means there is no one to blame for anything, literally. Since we love ‘blame’ and ‘grudge’ and other expressions of ‘duality,’ truth acquires a very bad reputation because it is what

The whoosh fairy finally came to me after being stuck at 186 for weeks When I saw 183 I felt so good. My hard work and patience paid off. I am going to stay the night at DB house for his Bday. Seeing the scale move is better than any drug in the world. Finally I can post my new ticker.

Not a good weigh in today.
150 lbs on home scale.

Way too much sodium the last two days and i ate too many calories and carbs yesterday. TOM isn't helping either.

I'll try to eat clean until Tuesday's final weigh in.
I will be very happy if I can weigh in on the official scale at 148. That would be 30 lbs lost in the 12 week contest.

My plan for Sat-Mon will be to eat clean, no junk or foods with preservatives. Fresh meat, veg, 1/2 n 1/2 instead of soy. Smart Balance is OK and flax seed is good. 1000 cal/day and net 20 carbs. Exercise...
