I'm not into the blogging for this 2nd round of Biggest Loser as I was for the first.

Some comments from this week:
Ate too many calories and taking bites of high carb food.
Peanuts are addictive.
Terrible tummy trouble after eating so many nuts. When I eat to many calories or carbs, I get cramping the next day. It passes quickly though.
Exercise has been good. Adding stretching is helping with flexibility. Added...

Still sore from playing baseball But feels good. Another day of running DB to chemo. I feel so bad for him because it makes him so sick. TOM dragging its feet. I really want it to be over now. I am sick of feeling bloated and icky.

1. No cheating, nibbling or tastes.
2. Take vitamin daily
3. 3-5 workouts a week
4. 8 or more glasses of h2O daily
5. 20-30 net carbs daily
6. 3 oz or less cheese daily.

Well I am down 2 of those pounds that were there yesterday. Hopefully the rest will fall off too. Thank you for the words of encouragement! I needed that.

I was in the meeting from HELL yesterday! Ugggg it was horrible. They had snacks but I stayed with the cheese. I felt good about that. I still have not gone off plan.

Today is a regular day at work so I have all my food and water and I am set. We shall see what today brings. I am meeting some cheer moms (my daughters do competitive cheer) at a mexican resturant tonight while our girls are at practice....

no change in the scale from last week. Still sitting at 340.2.

today is the 10th day I have biked to work of a possible 12 since April 10. not too shabby. the biking is continually getting easier, and I vary my route as much as possible. And that pretty much only consists of going through the same neigborhood different ways.

the drinking is still too much, and prolly stalling me. don't know how to stop. All day I sit and tell myself not to drink that night, but once I get home and we get the kids settled and down, I just don't care and do it anyway....
