Week 13

I have completed 12 weeks of WW's and I have lost 17.6 lbs! In Atkins time I would have lost 30 lbs. But then it didn't stay off me either and I wasn't happy with what I couldn't eat.

The key to WW's is that I can eat whatever I want if I want it. Another key is that we are not dieting we are living life! The diet mentality does not work over the long haul.

Those who are serious about losing weight will stick to the healthy guidelines and exercise.

The last time I did the points system about 5-8 years ago, I was not as serious as I am now...

I just wanted to journal a moment ... and this is a handy place to do so ... someday, perhaps, all of my internet journals will come back to haunt me, I'm sure of it .... but, so what? As long as nothing's illegal, who cares? XD

Anyway, today is another great day ... I am still struggling with quitting smoking, but I know that is going to be an ongoing issue with me for a while now ... I just have to be strong! Last night, I did have a few puffs off of a butt, but it was pretty narsty, so I'm not worried about doing that again! XD Like I read somewhere, if you never stumble, you never...

Day 1 for Biggest Loser 2

Here we go again.
I joined the next round of biggest loser 2 since i still have 20 to 25 lbs to go.

I am working from home, Chloe is sick, and was not able to weigh in today.
I think i am still at 147, same as last weeks weigh in. I'll see what weigh in is tomorrow and update blog for beginning stats.

Plan will remain the same.

Still at 182 Not happy about it. I did get another mile in yesterday so hopefully the scale will move again soon. I am really trying hard to get into the 170's this month.
