Here I am again!

We had our first Curves workout last night, and I loved it! I'm not sore today at all, and my back actually feels much better than it has in a long time, so maybe I managed to finally work it out! WooHoo!
We are going back again tonight.
On the food front, my goal for the rest of this week is to be more conscious of the times I am eating again. I have gotten a little off lately with the quitting smoking and the working out thing going on, but that shouldn't be an excuse to have a late night snack, no matter how much I try to rationalize...
