Ok, so I decided I'm going to start a blog to keep track of the history of my progress on low carb. The first few posts I'm just going to lift the weekly updates I had posted in the main lobby, then I'll start picking up real time.

This is more for my own benefit, but if others want to read and maybe see what I'm doing and comment if I'm doing something wrong, that's just fine.

Have had a horrible week and a bad weekend.

Food-wise, the week went fine until yesterday. But I started to have headaches every day, waking up with one, taking over-the-counter pills which made it go away for a while, then having the headache reappear in the evening and not going away which of course made it hard to fall asleep. I didn't make things any better by taking one drug after another (a nice little cocktail of Excedrine extra strength, feverfew, and Excedrine migraine - needless to say, I will not be going for that awful combination again!)

I have made it thru a month of stillmans, I have to say it is the best decision I made to break a stall .I learned several things thru out this month which I will list what changes took place at the end . Went out with my niece last night. We had lots of fun. Went off plan a little, but no big deal. I am going to bbq some ribs tonight w lc sauce. If these stupid high winds would go away I would go out walking. We'll see later.
