This is the week before TOM and scale jumped up 2lbs so I will quit weighing until next month I can already feel the water retention and bloat. Chemo with DB starts again today and tons of other stuff this week so this will be a rough one again.

Time just seems to slip away from me and I'm consumed with everything else going on around me that I neglect taking care of myself and taking time out for me. Yesterday I was so frustrated with the kids while DH was at work. I didn't even get out of my jammies. I have to work on controlling my anger and my verbal diarrhea. I have to find other ways to express myself and deal with my frustrations besides taking it out on my small children, 9 and 6 yo.

This Friday is my 1 year low carb anniversary. I'm proud of how far I've come, but disappointed too when I think of how much...

Today is a beautiful day in the Lord! I should begin all of my blog post with that statement. What he has promised me for my life I am very thankful for. I have a few things to be thankful for. Last night before we went to bed, out of the blue, my husband asked me to pray with him. We said our individual prayers, but I was blown away b/c he hardly ever does that. But thank God he knows what he has to do!!!

The scale is not moving

Okay I got on the scale this morning since tomorrow is my wi day. It is reading the same. I really want a loss at my wi. I am going to drink lots of water. Eat lots of healthy food only. What else can I do? Oh exercise more. Treadmill and maybe an outdoor walk.

So my husband is home going on the third week with an injury and possible surgery to come. I think this is having an effect on me. I am still doing my treadmill and following my plan but I have a lot more stress daily. I really believe this affects my weight loss.

Ok, so now that I'm back filled...

to bring us up to date, I'm still on plan, but have been drinking waaayyy too much. too easy to fall off that wagon.

I haven't really seen that much weight loss, but I have had to get a new belt, and clothes are fitting better.

I have also started biking to work. For W/E April 18, I biked M,W,F, and for this week W/E April 25, I hope to bike M-Th. I work a 9/80 schedule and this is my short week.

My hope is to bike everyday to work barring rain in the morning. I can already feel this morning my legs have gotten stronger from last week's riding....
