A New Day!

Hey, it's still spring so that means new beginnings. Today is also a new day that the Lord has made. I am so glad I came back to low carb friends because this is truly where my heart is. No other place is the same.
So far I've eaten pretty good today!
I look forward to dropping a few more pound by Mother's Day!
Exercise for today will be T-Tapping.
What I ate?
B- egg cream YUM!
L- cabbage and sausage, diet coke
S- sunflower seeds
D- small salad and roast beef

Well it's a new day today. My skirt that I'm wearing is feeling a bit uncomfortable and I'm thinking to myself, "Girl you've gotta get it together. Move your body and get back on track". I've been having big problems with portion control. May have to think about inducting again. I think my body may need it.

Yesterday I ordered a book online called "Have A New Kid by Friday". I am so excited for it to arrive and am hoping I will find some good information to use at home. I also ordered a book "Deceptively Delicious". It's a cookbook filled with...

Still hoping for a weather change. I can take the cold but not the wind. Getting sand blasted when you walk isnt fun. I cant wait til DB gets me my treadmill. I still have a week to try to hit the 170's. Gonna work hard at it.

5 weeks and some history

Alrighty then, as of weigh in this morning: 340.2!

14.2 pounds in 5 weeks and 2-4 inches off my waist, I'm not sure exactly how much b/c I'm just going by belt notches, and not measurements.

Also, was looking over some numbers I had kept of the last time I lost weight. I started at 360 in April 2006, and got down to 323 by August 2006. By Feb 2007, was back up to 345 and it kept climbing. Football season and the holidays, then not caring.

This time around tho, I'll be armed with a woe that will help me avoid the pitfalls.

Week 5 - Feeling much Better!

Starting this week off much better than last week from every aspect. After the horrible weekend of junk food binges, I went this morning to the grocery store and bought some lowcarb stuff (i.e., dairy, veggie crumble, etc.) and now I'm back on track. Also bought some Benadryn for the rash which I hope will help. It's still painful but not as much so far. No headaches.

Work-wise, I'm also feeling better. I think part of what contributed to the headaches/rash was that I'm an anxious person by nature (though not clinically so) and this is the first time in a long time I've had to be...
