Must say I'm in a good mood today

. I've been lowcarbing for 5 weeks now and I'm back to being myself. Except for that one terrible week (and the rash is clearing up as well as the headaches) and that one binge weekend, I'm doing well, in terms of mood, health, and food addictions. I'm not losing weight/inches quickly, but as I mentioned before, my primary goal was to get out of the binge eating cycle and get some balance back into my body and this is exactly what's happened.
