Breakfast: same
Dinner: chicken salad with apple, pecans
snack: zone bar
Snack: yogurt
Supper: 1 cup roast beef
1 small baked potato
2 cups California blend veggie

Another good day, though I have been hungry..ALOT

I did 30 min. cardio and LBWO

I am also starting to use Fitday, I need to track my diet better. I thought it was too time consuming, but once you get the foods in there that you eat most often, it isn't too bad. Fitday says I need to lose 1.78 lbs a week to be 169 by Kristy's wedding. Very doable.

Hey! Well, this is my first blog on this site. I am a blogger, what can I say? I have a lot of differen sites I blog on for different reasons. Obviously I am here because I am going on a diet, yet again. I never seem to make it past the second day. Sad, huh? But my momma introduced me to this site. She told me she's lost 30 lbs! Rock on Momma!
I figure it must be the support. That's totally what I need. I need some one to remind me I'm on a diet. I usually do really well in the morning, and ok through lunch, but then when it comes to dinner, I've forgotten. My...

Day 10

I'm still doing well with the veggie low carb, even though I haven't posted for a few days. I had two days of weird eating, not feeling like eating much at all, especially at night, feeling a bit down and depressed and uncertain. However, yesterday my appetite and mood returned (not in a bad way at all - I'm not ravenous or eating everything in sight or irritable) and today I feel much more myself. Part of it is also that TOM has ended.

Yesterday's menu:
1 egg + 1 egg white sauted in butter with mushrooms and a dash of crushed tomatoes
1 cup plain yogurt with xylitol,...

Weight gain?

I am trying to get over a 1 lb weight gain at today's weigh-in. I wasn't really expecting it. If I got off track I wasn't aware of it. I thot I managed the wedding pretty well.

Perhaps I ate too much of hubby's famous chicken and stuffing.

I know I need to just keep going and following my plan. I will show a loss next week. It is just hard right now.
