Today I weighed in at 168.2 (grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)
B: 3 egg omlette: 3 eggs, 1/4 cup green pepper, 2-3 slices bacon, 1-2 oz cheddar cheese, decaf coffee w/ 2 half+halfs and 1 splenda, flax crackers
L: double cheeseburger from McDonalds (minus the bun, pickles, and condiments), bacon ranch grilled chicken salad (minus the dressing, croutons, etc.), 1/2 sf chocolate bunny, decaf w/ 2 creams, 1 splenda, flax cracker
S: 1.5 sf chocolate bunnies, 3 oz whipped cream w/ sf chocolate syrup, 1 chicken breast w/ skin, 1 oz cheese
