Exhaustion hit today- hard. 2 hours in at work and I had literally no energy, I was falling asleep, felt dizzy and sick, and had to go home at 2. I keep skipping meals and I cut down what I was eating too dramatically too quickly, and doing exercise too, not sleeping much = not a happy bunny.
Gonna trust my mum for a couple of weeks, she lost over half her body weight doing LC, without obsessing over the numbers so much. So I'll listen to her, if I stop losing weight or

gain

then I'll rethink but yeah, I can't carry on making myself ill.
Bit pathetic that at 21 years old...
