Regrouping and setting New Mini Goals.

I have changed my mini goals so often (which is good, because I have been meeting them so quickly), and now I am going to reset my mini goals.

1- 225 by Mother's Day
2- 220 by June 1st
3- 206 by July 3rd (that will mark my 6 month anniversary and 100 lbs gone).

For April, I started out at 259 and am currently at 232 with a few days left in the month. Down 27 lbs so far. I am blown away by that and so grateful..

Down from 26/28 pants to a snug 18 (but an 18!!). Down from 3x tops to 0x tops. I can now wear some shirts...

Trying something new.

Yesterday was the first day I tried IF. Intermittent Fasting.
I've read where a few people try this with a lowcarb diet and are healthy and happy with this plan.
Yesterday, I did 19/5. No food from 6:30pm until 1:30 the following day. I hate to eat breakfast anyway so after reading about this plan on other peoples journals I decided to give it a try. I have been in a battle for the last few weeks. I had gotten down to 146lbs. Then I yo-yoed my way back to 153lbs. For a week I was 149, then back to the 152/153 range. I believe my body likes the 50's but I am not ready to listen to...
