Ok, I have a confession. I was too busy to get my workout in yesterday. I didn't do it first thing yesterday morning anf being it was Saturday and my daughter had a friend over and I had a "date" last night I was busy. I should have known better.

Anyway, now I have to punish myself. Today I will have to do 2 workouts to make up for yesterday. I am also in need of more water. After all, I celebrated and partook in more than I had desired. It wasn't that bad, it was one meal and I didn't make a whole day of it neither did I make a weekend of it! Which it what usually...

It's a rainy day here in NY !! Cold and rainy.

Figures.....when I'm in FL it was 70-80's in NY and now that I'm home the weather is crap. My tan is fading by the minute.

DH and DS9 went to the METS game.....poor guys had to dress in many layers....I wish I had ponchos for them.

DD6 and I are going to a 1st Birthday Party of a friend (DH's friend actually) but the party is for a little girl and DD loves little kids. I havent seen these folks since joining WW so I am happy to show myself off. Hopefully one of DHs buddies will be there who I always...

I don't know how to "start" a blog, if you should do an introduction or if you just start to write any random thing that you are thinking or what, so I am just going to launch straight in.

I have a way to go.. A LONG way. Not as far as some and father than others but far enough to me which is important as this is my blog after all.

We are going to the park for a family game of baseball. I cant wait to play. If someone would have asked me 4 mos ago I would of had every excuse in the book as to why I couldnt play. I love exercise and can now run again. I feel so young again. Who knew that 41 lbs could make such a huge difference in so many aspects.

I am down to 201! By the end of this week I will be back in the 100s!! I can go on my date knowing I am not 200+.

I typed in a previous blog that I find it hard to stay on the plan on the weekends. I have not gone off plane once so far! That is something for me to celebrate.

My kids and I will go to church in a little while (thank goodness they stopped serving donuts!) and then they say it is going to storm. I need to go to the grocery store and stock up for the week. Hopefully it will stop raining enough for me to do that later on.
