I weighed myself today- 7.6lbs down! In a week! That should keep me motivated for the next week

I started writing down exactly what I was eating and what is in it, and have realised that most of my carbs come from milk. I live on coffee and can't drink it without milk. 20g of carbs in a day, just from my coffee... more carbs than I want to be having in a day (then like 14g from food... so 34g overall and 14g too much!).
Cream has less carbs but SO much more fat and calories which scares me..
I ordered some Ketostix online so I'll wait until those come and if I'm in ketosis...
