Today I woke up to rain, rain, and more rain. I had picked out an outfit to wear to a retirement party of one of my mother's friends. I had to change to something a little warmer.
when I put the other outfit on my DH said "I don't know if I should let you go out looking that good" and hey! I was looking good!

I'm up 1/2 pound today but that's okay. I knew all those sausages whould cause me to retain fluid.
Had my egg cream tonight for supper and it was good!

It is Saturday and I have been shopping with my best friend all day for an outfit to wear on my date with my "friend" next weekend.

I wasn't down any pounds today but I bought some ketostix today and it turned dark purple so I guess that is good.

I have been divorced for 8 years and I have two teen girls. I am in a good place in my life right now. The girls and I are doing great. We live in a nice house in a nice neighborhood and we all are happy. I am not sure how adding a man into this will go. However, it is just one date and that does...

I was on a low carb diet around this time last year and went from 220lbs to 190 in a few months, then gave up partly because I plateued and couldn't seem to shift anymore weight, but mostly because I was drinking too much alcohol and didn't want to stop...
All of my friends go out drinking- it's basically the only thing they do and I stopped going out with them (I can't stand being around people drinking when I'm not) and got depressed because I was on my own most of the time.... and so started drinking again, then decided to stop and start induction, and drink again two days in, etc etc...

Let me start off like this, yesterday the temp was 78, today I awake to cold blistering wind, gloomy skies, and a temp of 44! It is the time of the year though. Definitely too unpredictable!

My husband is taking me out today to a comedy club. I am not sure what the lineup is, but I am sure it will be fun.

Wow scale said 178.5 today. Ill take it I have only been taking the magnesium for a couple of days now and am getting great results. Also I have been exercising alot more. I wish TOM would hurry up and get here so I can be done with the pms. I have a never ending dull headache that just wont go away
