This surprises me since TOM is any minute now. Since there is no homework tonight I will go walking after I get done running around

Got on the scale this morning and I was down a whole pound from yesterday! I know 1 pound and 39 more to go but at least it was a loss! I am excited.

Since the weekend is upon us, I tend to have problems staying on the plan on the weekends. I am really going to try to continue on the path I have started this week.

Here is to Friday!

Biking to work

I have biked to work 8 times now. Started thurs April 10, then mon April 14, wed April 16, fri April 18, mon April 21-thur April.

I just flew in from Phoenix, and boy are my arms tired!

I was good that first week going every other day, but this last week everyday kind of wore my legs out. That's ok, I've got a long weekend to recoup, then try for everyday this coming week. This week will be my long week since I work a 9/80.

So, 3.5 miles one way, 7 miles roundtrip, 8 days now...56 miles. woohoo! kind of neat to think that I've biked 56 miles....

It's Friday!

Morning all!

I'm off today can't sleep so I'm up...I will be heading back to bed soon. I had brown rice sushi last night and I'm up a lb this morning as expected...still sucks though....Hope it goes away by tomorrow....

I'm going to do some dance dance revolution and work out that way...after 2 mins I'm usually sweating so I'll try for half an hr..

Anyways I hope everyone has a blessed day!

One Year Ago Today ...

I started my low carb journey for the final time.

I have lost 52. 2 pounds. It has been flucuating up and down for the last few months.

I could've (would've, should've) done a lot better IF I had incorporated some sort of REGULAR exercise. I didn't. In fact, I did very little exercise at all. So, I think 52 pounds without exercise isn't bad at all and I should feel proud of myself.

This next year will be a good one also. I will lose more weight and I will focus on moving my body, clearing my mind and destressing. It's going to be great!...
