Wednesday, April 23

Posted 04-23-2008 at 07:05 AM by Sarmay
Well, yesterday was Grace's birthday, so we went to Chuck E. Cheese's and I had a piece of pizza. The scale's not up this morning, so I'm pleased ... of course, the true test will be in a day or two.

I brought my breakfast, lunch, and dinner today, since I'm working out after work. After all that, I still have 15 points left over ... ugh ... although, with such an early dinner, I will definitely have a snack after I work out. I think I have one more bag of popcorn left over, so it will probably be that and a piece of cheese.

Alrighty ... later!

So prayer last night was awesome as usual!

Pastor started off by praying for another pastor who called him and was in need of prayer for himself because his daughter began a lesbian relationship with another woman in the church. It's nothing less than an attack for the enemy, on his family, on the church and...

Stayed the same

Posted 04-23-2008 at 04:48 AM by slimdays
I stayed the same. Well all I can say is it is better than a gain. I couldn't deal with a gain. I am still op and exercising according to plan. The only difference is the aforementioned stress.

The person who weighed me in at WW's yesterday was very nice. I mentioned the added stress of hubby at home on injury and she agreed that stress changes everything in your body and nothing works the same, including weight loss. Even if it was BS it was a nice thing to say to me.

I have read articles on the internet since that confirm it. Stress does cause reactions...

My First Blog!

Posted 04-23-2008 at 02:37 AM by unsociabelle
Hi!
My name is Bella and today is the beginning of my new blog.
I started out at 205lbs in 2006. I am on a modified south-beach diet. I have been on this lo-carb program since September 2007. My birthday present to myself!

I had gotten down to 146lbs but yo-yoed a bit, and at my last weigh in (almost a week ago)I weighed 149lbs. My first goal weight was 150lbs. I made it to that small goal. Now it's on to the next goal of 135lbs.
