Day 3 Start Weight 144.6

Finally got back to work today and weighed in for the contest: 144.6 lbs.

I was pleasantly surprised to see 144.6. This will put me at a disadvantage for the contest, but that is fine with me. I'll have to push my team to do well.

I must have a urinary tract infection. It is similar to a bladder infection, but I can feel pain in my abdomen. I took an OTS infection test that looks at white blood cells and nitrates....both negative. But I took some AZO and I can not take another test until I pee regular color, it is orange now. If it does not go away with alot of water,...

Ok, WELL... I killed the diet. How do you do low carb on a budget? Not even a budget... how about on BROKE....?? Two days of eggs and tuna and salad... ugh. I'm too poor for this. I need some help! Some one needs to give me some suggestions on how to do this for REAL cheap. I don't have a huge appetite. I also have a very small wallet... wait I don't even have one... the second shirt syndrome

As I wrote earlier on a post, I noted how when I get dressed I always have to put on a second shirt over whatever outfit I wear to cover my butt. You know what I mean. Jeans, t-shirt and then the dreaded cardigan/button down shirt/ jacket/sleeveless top in the summer etc... to cover all those imperfections. It can be hot as hell and that shirt aint coming off. Today it is 74 degrees in the lovely NYC. I put on a beautiful Jones new york dress, pretty sandals, silver hoop earrings. This outfit should have been enough. but lo and behold I had to throw on a black cardigan over the whole thing just...

Here I am again! We had our first Curves workout last night, and I loved it! I'm not sore today at all, and my back actually feels much better than it has in a long time, so maybe I managed to finally work it out! WooHoo!

We are going back again tonight.

On the food front, my goal for the rest of this week is to be more conscious of the times I am eating again. I have gotten a little off lately with the quitting smoking and the working out thing going on, but that shouldn't be an excuse to have a late night snack, no matter how much I try to rationalize...

Finally the scale moved to 181 making it 38 lbs lost for good. I went out walking and went way over my usual mile and it felt great. Definitely gonna do it again today I got 2 weeks to hit the 170's this month One of those weeks is the week before TOM so I dont know if I will see it but the good thing is I finally got off my butt and started exercising again I know I am losing inches because I lost my shorts while walking Thank god for a long shirt
