I have been thinking about how my body is gonna look when I reach goal. Im back to losing again and totally focused, but Im scared of how my skin is going to look when I reach goal,Im trying to find ways to help myself with the skin issue as I am still losing I know that I cant afford plastic surgery being a single mom and I get no child support what so ever from My childs father makes money a huge issue. I feel that If i CAN TRY TO find ways to make it a lil better now I will be ahead of the game, but It isnt easy finding info out on what will work !again money seems to be the one thing that...

End of Week 2

I weigh and measure myself tomorrow. My size 6 jeans are fitting like they should now, so I know I'm doing well in that department, at least.

Had another weekend-long headache, which is not making me happy. Right now it's in the background but under control. I'm just wary of taking over-the-counter medication for it because it doesn't seem to help at all and just makes me feel so "out of it".

April 2008:

4/10 5 miles, 45 minutes
4/12 3 miles
4/13 2 miles
4/16 3 miles, 45 minutes
4/18 3 miles, 50 minutes
4/19 3 miles, 50 minutes
4/21 3 miles, 50 minutes
4/23 1 hour (~4 miles)
4/29 40 minutes (~3 miles)
4/30 1 hour, 4 miles

toughing it out

I am toughing it out each day. Sticking to my daily points and getting in exercise on my treadmill. I have tried to do more on the treadmill but I get too winded and sweaty. I do what I can which is usually 15-20 mins.


I make sure I am doing all my healthy foods and goals first before I have any snack food such as skinny cow.

I know this plan works. I have been on my scale to see if the weight has come down since my wi on Tuesday and it has not. That is a bummer. I am doing all that is required to be op.
