Day 13 (Yikes! Unlucky number :D)

I've been doing fine this week even though didn't have a chance to post but today I'm fighting junk food cravings for the first time in two weeks since I started LCing again. Not sure why this is. I think a combination of things. I'm having some job stress (I got some good news this week that I made it through the internship of the online university I've been working with since Jan and assigned a few more classes to teach - but they'll be at the end of June, so that means 3 whole months without income). I also developed a migraine yesterday and did the usual round of over-the-counter pills and...

Some updates

Been getting some more walking and some yard work done. Down another 1.5 lbs to 245.5 which puts me at a point I can change that avatar again. Woohoo! Gonna do that in a second.

It is amazing how my energy level has changed. I am getting so much more done around the house now. Hoping to get some cleaning and cooking done today. Rainy here right now, so no yard work today.

Last night, I walked so much longer and my ds rode his bike with me. What fun! If the rain stops, we are heading to a local park with his bike --- where he can ride and I can walk and see him at...

Today's Food Items:

2 lemon cream cheese muffins
chicken kabobs in a soy/wurstachur sauce with vegies.
Coffee w/cream and equal

Today is not so bad. I am actually tired and can feel myself getting into ketosis. It is day three so I'm not surprised. I'm waiting to weigh myself until next week as I'm certain that I probably haven't lost much. Although, I have been going to the bathroom quite a bit.

I haven't yet had any extraordinary cravings so things are ok. We'll see how this weekend fairs as usually when I'm home it's harder

Negative thots

When did I begin to have negative thots? I was doing so good.

In the previous entry I talked about stress. I recognized that I was starting to feel like no food was enuf. I wanted everything. One after another. I know that feeling comes from some kind of emotional turmoil but I didn't realize that my life was that stressful.

I am still wanting to eat everything but trying to stay close to my points and my plan for the day.

I want my supernatural motivation back. I want to be happy eating the WW way. Not thinking about salty crunchy...

Got up this morning and had an apple and a cup of green tea with orange.

I didn't feel too hungry but I'm perfectly satisfied now.

I have packed and prepared grapes and strawberries for later.
