Findin my way back after along stall that I thought would never end.I finally found stillmans qwl, I came to this site looking for anything that would push me in the right direction. The night before

OK so tomorrow I am starting a four day detox to just give myself a spring clean! I have made some bad choices the past week and I just feel a bit So I want to be bursting with energy by the end of these four days.

I am only going to eat fruit and drink water and herbal teas.

That means no:

SWEET TREATS
BREAD
PASTA
CEREAL ETC ETC
CAFFEINE
MEAT
ALCOHOL...

WIsh me luck!

The stress factor

I know there are theories about stress and weight gain. I am wondering if I am having trouble because of stress.

I admit that I am not under the most stress I have ever been under. It is a bunch of little nagging things.

Today hubby is home because he hurt his knee on Wednesday. We were at the emergency room at midnight that night because he was in so much pain. Most likely he has cartilege damage but that only shows up on an mri. The xrays showed no broken bones. So now he is limping about the house and in pain. He has drugs for the pain but he is a...
