Breakfast: Same
Dinner: Turkey roll up salad
Snack: CC and pinapple
Snack: Zone bar
Supper: Chicken baked
1 baked potato
2 cups broccoli
sm amount cheddar cheese
2 Dove Dark Chocolates

30 minutes of elliptical-intervals
My legs were killing me. I felt like I was on the Biggest Loser, with Jillian yelling at me to keep going. I am hungrier on this diet then Atkins, but I feel like I am eating so much healthier.
Snowstorm today.

Here I am again. It's been a while but I realize the more I stay away, the miserable I am. It's like I have to keep reminding myself that this WOL does work and it's the BEST thing for me.

Reasons:

1. I feel so tired and sluggish after I eat foods that are heavy in carbs.

2. I have a negative self-image when I don't eat on this plan.

3. I am unmotivated, lazy and tired.

4. My thinking isn't even right when off plan.

5. I have lots of friends I can come to for support that I don't get anywhere else....

WOW, Thursday Already!!!

This week has flown by. I was expecting some good weather this week, but mother nature had other plans. It will be raining until Monday!! Oh well, the grass and flower beds will be beautiful!! I love to plant...

I am chilling today. My FIL is here. My husband will be home by noon today. So I have to entertain until then.

Menu

B: Protein shake
L: pork chops topped with spinach/parm cheese/garlic
D: chicken (not sure how it will be prepared just yet )

Wow what a crazy week this has been. I havent stopped running for 5 min all week. Today is another day of running with no time for me. I did have to go to a singing event with DD last night. I found out they were serving dinner at the last minute. Boy was I relieved when I found out you serve yourself and saw the veggie platter and large salad bowl. Im sure the salad dressing had a few more carbs than I would eat at home but I didnt have to feel embarrased like I would of if I would of had to leave a whole plate of un eaten food.

Morning all

Feeling good! I bought a pedometer and I'm tracking my steps tryign to get 10,000 in! I'm up to 1723......

Feeling prepared food wise to make great choices! and.......I'm feeling blessed and Loved

I'm reading Revelations.....I've always been scared of reading it...but I'm studying it now...
