Menu:

Meal 1 - Eggnog wth Coconut Oil
Meal 2 - 8 oz Steak with sauteed veggies in EVOO (divided into 2 meals), ACV
Meal 3 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 4 - Steak Meal Again
Meal 5 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 6 - Turkey Soup

Calories - 1757
Fat - 125 (66%)
Carbs - 32 (4%)
Fiber - 15
Net Carbs - 17
Protein - 130 (30%)

Water - 120 oz
Exercise - 1 Hour Kickboxing Class & Walking

Day 12, low-carb, low calorie.

It's a good thing that I enjoy spending hours juggling foods and numbers in fitday. It's become almost a full-time job, hopefully with great fringe benefits. LOL

Menu:

Meal 1 - 7 oz Pork Loin, Veggies & Goat cheese, (divided into 2 meals) 2 Eggs, ACV
Meal 2 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 3 - Pork Loin Meal, ACV
Meal 4 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 5 - Turkey Soup, ACV

Calories - 1608
Fat - 112 (64%)
Carbs - 32 (4%)
Fiber - 16
Net Carbs - 16

Day 11, low-carb, low calorie day.

I loved my turkey dinner yesterday. When I sat down with a small amount of potatoes on my plate (1/4 cup) I had no desire to eat them. It's funny how when you start this woe the desire for the high carb foods you've banned becomes bigger than life and you can't wait to climb the ladder to try them again. For me it's been so long since I've eaten potatoes and I've gotten so used to filling their spot on the plate with other vegetables, that my desire for them has gone. Week 2 - Day 3

Day 10 carb cycling is a high-carb, high calorie day.
I'm heading out to Easter dinner with the family for turkey, turkey, and more turkey; along with a small serving of potatoes. A first since starting this woe.

Menu:

Meal 1 - Bacon, 2 Eggs, ACV, Flaxmeal
Meal 2 - Turkey, 1/4 c Home-made Stuffing, Gravy, Potato, Veggies
Meal 3 - Cottage Cheese Cereal as desert divided in two.
Meal 4 - Turkey meal again.
Meal 5 - Cottage Cheese Cereal again.

Calories - 2002
Fat - 113 (52%)
Carb - 119 (20%)

Day 9, is low carb, low calorie.

My body feels sluggish and unhappy this morning after not having enough fiber yesterday, so I'll have to work at cutting some calories and fat out of my cottage cheese dish so that I can have it every day, even on my very low carb days.

I'm working long hours today so I'm keeping things simple.

Menu

Meal 1 - Bacon & Eggs, ACV
Meal 2 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 3 - Gr. Beef & Sausage with veggies.
Meal 4 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 5 - Bacon & Eggs, Cucumber slices,...
