Day 14, high carb, high calorie.
It's two weeks since I started carb cycling with one more week to go before weigh in. I'm torn between wanting to know and not wanting to know what I weigh. If the number isn't down, I'll be down. If my weight goes up or even stays the same, I'll start seeing all the postives of cycling in a negative light. Should I allow that to happen?
Not being influenced by a number on the scale means I have to rely on different criteria to judge how I'm doing. Now I go by how I feel and how my clothing fit. Am I hungry or am I satisfied? Do I...
