
I'm chalking this mistake up to my hormones too!
I have spent 5 months with my carbs at below 20/day before climbing the carb ladder and I wasn't sure if carb cycling would be a shock to my body. Nevertheless, my good people, I did decide to have two high carb, high calorie days a week and let my body adjust to the change without the benefit of the scale.
