A New Week

Last week I stayed on plan and I exercised 3 days. I felt pretty yucky the latter part of the week. My husband suggests that it was too much, too soon.

My plan this week is to walk or do the elliptical for at least 30 minutes 3 or 4 days. The other 2 or 3 days, I plan to do yoga. I want to get some form of exercise 6 days this week.

I'm looking forward to a successful new week!

Woke up with a stinking cold today I have a ton of stuff to do before the kids come home tomorrow so I will just have to suck it up and get busy. This is also week before TOM so I am starting to feel bloated and yukky. Man women sure got screwed in this dept. I hope everyone has a great week.

Down 3lbs this week!!!

I ate horrible but still lost so I'm excited!
God is good...he's so awesome! Another week...another day...another hour...I'm grateful!

S - 2.5 oz zucchini - 2
L - 2 cups salad, 1 oz nuts (Planters nut-rition) - 5
S - 2.5 oz zucchini, LC Monster - 8
D - smoked sausage, 2 oz zucchini - 2

96+ ounces of water
