Day One Back on Track

Well, I got back on track after a three or so week hiatus...which put me back up several pounds. I hate to say it, but I loved eating my junky and fast food again. My addiction to fast food is so emotional...that doesn't go away even when I'm not craving it. I can be really happy and it still makes me want fast food.

I did survive some major temptation today. I was drooling over the thought of some Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs that were 50% off the whole time I was shopping. I think it was the thought of the sweet/salty combination that sounded so good. But I walked out of the

So today is Day 6 of Induction:

b: 3 eggs cooked in butter, 2 slices ham, 1 cup diced red pepper, 1 ounce cheese
l: 2 hamburger patties cooked in oil/butter, 1 ounce cheese, 2 cup snow peas
d: 1 bone-in pork chop cooked in butter, 1 cup cucumber
s: 3 tbsp light cream, whipped with 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 packet Splenda
s: 2 ounces cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 tbsp butter, 2 packet Splenda, cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cocoa powders

Totals:
4 ounces cheese
3 tbsp cream
3 packets Splenda

Here are my honest thoughts on it...

I just started my Low carb diet today. One question. Would it be a good time to start when it is that time of month. Also can you eat yogurt. I also would like to know when is a good time to start a workout. Little me I want to lose 30 lbs.

Start a week!

Well, another busy weekend behind us. I'm looking forward to some quiet time during the next few weekends hopefully!

B: latte' and almonds
L: green peppers, tuna, hummus, almonds
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: taco salad

Have to remember to stop and get salad at the store today!

Today, I'm starting Induction- again. I've already started exercising again. I go to the gym, 5 days a week. Now, its time to add diet to that equation. Atkins is the only WOE that has worked for me. Since there are no major holidays coming up, I should be able to do it. When I go out to lunch with people who wouldn't understand, I'll just order a salad. I've also decided not to broadcast my diet. I just get flack about it, and it gets very discouraging. Lord knows, I don't need that right now. I only have a little over two months to get back on track. I know I won't...
