2 scrambled eggs topped with sour cream
2 pork sausage rounds

Lunch
Turkey pepperoni sticks
Spinach dip
Onion dip

Snack
Sugared almonds (almonds cooked in butter, Splenda and cinnamon)

Day 2 on ME

Well I made it through a whole day of ME. I am praying for strenght to endure this WOE for at least 3 to 5 days. I already have 2 under my belt. I am counting today done!! I got up early and went to the grocers and stocked up on a few things. The main thing I could not believe was cream cheese was $1 and they had a $1 off coupon if you bought 4! I stocked up on that bad boy! After ME I will be making oopsie's for days! I am going to take a nap now, to reenergize myself before heading to the gym at about 6:30..I just ate my steak and eggs *yawn* and itis is setting in!

Feeling....Enlightened

Today is day 6 of my zillionth time starting induction. For some reason, this time feels different. In the past, I would let everybody and their momma know that i'm doing lowcarb. This time, I have the "just wait and see" mentality. I want people to come up to me saying "girl, what are you doing? you're losing weight". I prayed before I started this WOE and asked GOD to lead and guide me. We trust HIM for everything else, why not give our weight problems to HIM? I have a 2 year old daughter (going on 20) and I can't stand the thought...

Home scale was at 154.5

I'm happy with 154.5. Not sure what happen with the 153....TOM or my scale lied, you know how that goes!

I had a piece of pizza again last night. I see a theme here.....I must removed myself from the room if Garlic or Alfredo pizzas enter the area. I just couldn't help myself. But I stopped at one slice and my calories and carbs were appropriate for maintenance levels.

Exercise today! 1.25 hr cardio on inclined treadmill and elliptical.
