I ate a slice of Papa Murphy's Garlic Chicken pizza. It is so good. I guess I cheated, but I stopped at one slice. I'm over calories and carbs, but at maintenance levels instead of a binge.

I have to learn that I can not be around these types of pizzas. If it were delivery, I can do without, but these Papa Murphy Specialty pizzas with garlic or Alfredo sauce are just to hard to resist.

L: Tilapia fried w/ 1 corn tortilla, 1/4 cup beans and I breaded shrimp patty w/ crystal lite
*went over carbs, I don't think over 30 though
Cal anywhere between 500-650

S: 2 hardboiled eggs

D: 5:30 Salad w/ cheese/bacon/ranch

Addon 6:30 PM: Tuna Torta- can tuna, 4 eggs, parsley, green onion, hot pepper sauce, plenty pepper,...

Today is a great day. The scale is down another lb to 191 That makes 28 lbs gone forever I cant wait to see the 180's. I still havent gotten up the nerve to see how far I am away from getting into some of my smaller jeans. I know I can take off my 18's without even unbuttoning them This is the last day of school before spring break so hopefully we will get some warmer weather and I can get some good walking in while the kids are gone for 2 weeks. Everyone have a great weekend
