Are you hungry?

Posted 03-05-2008 at 10:31 PM by xbumblebeex
No!

Not yet!

I am not hungry for breakfast so I WILL wait until I am and I will enjoy it soooo much better.

1. Eat when hungry
2. Stop when full
3. Enjoy every mouthful
4. Eat what you really want

Remember to chew slowly today and drink plenty water.

Heading to the gym later! yay! Haven't been in a few days.

D Day

Posted 03-05-2008 at 02:19 PM by xbumblebeex
D day is coming and I'm scared

I told myself I would weigh in officially on Friday to see if my new plan is working.

I feel good about it but what will the number on the scale show?

Does this matter if I feel good?

What will I do if I have gained?

Keep on down the same road?

I hope so because I am happy on my plan. I feel that it works well with REAL life!

It just sometimes seems TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

Ohhhhh please God, please make me have lost something, anything...

I've been around low carb eating for almost three years now. I have primarily done Atkins (the 1972 version) with sporadic stints of M&E and/or being completely carnivorous.

I lost weight well on LC. 100 pounds in fact. The weight loss took about 18 months. I reached goal in November, 2006. After maintaining about 8 months, things began to change. Not only was my personal life in upheaval (positive events, but stressful), but I began to eat 'off' the LC plan sporadically.

After my wedding in July, 2007, I seemed to lose my mind and could not stay on LC. Slowly,...

Day 51 Wed 5Mar08

Posted 03-05-2008 at 08:45 AM by abvidrine
A bit gassy this morning with some minor stomach discomfort.
I had a shrimp and crab stuffed pistolette last night (fell off the wagon) and it is also close to TOM....so not sure what is causing it.
It is not bad though.

Did my weights last night and cardio will be this afternoon.

Home scale was 155.5 this am
