Home from La vacation.
Great vacation. Plan trip was not easy for Chloe.

Weighed this morning to see what damage I did after a week of binging on low carb and cheats with high carb stuff.
I did 1 hr cardio everyday.

151.5 lbs.... nothing gained and nothing lost since 18Mar08 weigh in at work.

Went to the gym today for weights. I'll have to do cardio tonight at home.

Plan to do some strict eating today and Monday in order to try to drop a lb or two for Tuesday's weigh in. Low calorie and low carb. I ate enough calories and...

Diet pills?

About a year or two ago I went to my doctor and asked for Meridian. She flat out refused me. (she is stick thin) She said I could just get on a diet and do it myself- it is better for me.

I was very disappointed because I had hoped that a pill would help jump start me into weight loss because on my own I had no motivation, even tho I hated myself daily.

So I nursed a grudge about that for a while and kept eating. I watched my weight go even higher than it already was.

I actually got on the scale whenever I felt "thin" and I would...

I will be updating this later today... but so far:

B: 1 hamburger patty, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup celery, French toast [1 oopsie roll (=1/2 egg, 1/2 oz cheese) w/ 1 egg, 1 splenda packet, dash vanilla, dash cinnamon]
S: 1 oz cheese and 1/3 cup light cream w/ dash vanilla, dash cinnamon, dash cocoa powder, 1 packet Sweet N Low
L: Pork chop cooked in oil, 1 egg cooked in oil, 1/2 cup celery, 1 tsp fibersure
S: 1 egg cooked in oil
D: 12 oz prime rib steak, 1+ cup of broccoli, coffee with a bit of cream and 1 packet of splenda
