Day 22 - Last post (not really)

Decided to keep this up just to keep myself honest on the diet.

Yesterday - not great, went a little over on carbs. Sick child kept me up late.

Today - tired, but in control. Carbs at levels of induction. I fear putting them up too high at this point.

Keep up the good work ladies. Looks like things are going well. Some slip ups here and there. I experience the same thing on a daily basis. It is reassuring to know that I am not the only one.

By the way, one pound away from reaching the 20 lb loss avatar!

Did yoga this morning

I'm going to get up earlier tomorrow so I can walk, too. After work I'm too hungry and too tired

Today's food:

B: 3 scrambled eggs, steamed broccoli w/butter, tea w/ cream

L: Egg salad, raw celery sticks

D: Beef and veggie chili, salad w/ Italian dressing, tea w/ cream

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!!

Today is my 15th wedding anniversary...in case you were wondering why I have been M.I.A...this is the reason...I went to Edible Arrangements this morning and placed an order for a SF chocolate covered strawberry arrangement...it will be ready this afternoon! I am making another oopsie cake...instead of the jello, I am adding protein powder and imitation strawberry extract...I hope it is yummy!

Another new week

I often have difficulties on weekends but this weekend wasn't bad at all. I had too much coffee, but other than that not bad.

Today:
B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, green salad, blue cheese
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: shrimp and scallops, some kind of veggies
S: 1/2 zone bar

Down a couple of pounds! I have a few busy days and weeks ahead of me. But the quarter is almost over so I can see light at the end of the tunnel! And I can see the possibility of catching up on some sleep.

Home scale was good to me this am....still 157.

Haven't planned food yet, but I know exercise will be 1 hr cardio.
