Incorporating exercise and supplements starting today. Drinking plenty of water and have my workout gear packed and I'm ready to walk after work. Me and my husband are going to go for a walk together.

Taking brother back home today I hope he stops drinking and stays at work this time. He has had our family under soooooo much stress. I am just glad that I am not an emotional eater. I really need to get back to walking again.

~Monday It's a new season~

Good Morning....well it's Monday......busy busy day....I begin teaching my first college class today I'm def excited God is truly blessing me with great opportunities and I'm so thankful! Then it's off to teach adult ed 45 mins after....no complaints here! So...I'm truly grateful for a Fabulous weekend...a busy weekend but a great one at that...Lost 2lbs this weekend really happy about that this ww thing is working out hopefully it will keep up!

Week 1 - Day 4

It's Day 4, my first high carb, high calorie day.

I woke at 7 this morning and the crockpot was filled with creamy oatmeal to which I'll be adding 1/4 c fresh blueberries. It's been a long time since I had either. I was going to add some whipping cream, but that'd be overkill since it doesn't need it.

What I did add into the mix was mindful eating. After watching Paul McKenna's show last night I plan to follow the 4 golden rules as they apply to low carb. I was pleasantly surprised last night to realize that my most favorite foods aren't junk food anymore but...
