Yep that scale moved again to 188 I am really seeing and feeling the results of my new WOL. I havent felt this good in years. I just realized that I can sit comfortably with my legs crossed in my lap. C'mon 185. Everyone have a great weekend.

Home scale was at 153 today. That's OK. I'm confindent I'll be down at least 2 lbs (152) at next Tue weigh in.

This afternoon is St. Patty dinner at day care. They will serve corn beef and cabbage. I'm planning on going and will eat with them.

Cardio today....45 min inclined treadmill and 30 min elliptical.

I went to try on clothes and as size 10 fit nicely. Size 12 fit good too.

Starting to notice that I can increase the intensity of my cardio....higher elliptical level, more bike resistance, and faster at an incline of 6.

MOVING DAY!!!

I am moving today. Still on plan. I have decided to add salads today. They were missed last week!!

Oh, I lost 5 pounds on ME so I am thankful! I will begin again on Monday!!

Carb Cycling - Week 1 - Day 1 *Gulp*

It's Day 1, low carb, low calorie and my menu will be:

Meal 1 - Ground Beef & Sausage Dish with veggies.
Meal 2 - Cottage Cheese Cereal 1/4 c (eaten after aerobics class.)
Meal 3 - Bacon, Large Egg, Tomato slices.
Meal 4 - Cottage Cheese Cereal 1/4 c (eaten after walking).
Meal 5 - SLice Ham. Large Egg, Tomato slices.

Calories - 1539
Fat grams - 122, 71%
Carb grams - 20, 5%
Pro grams - 90, 23%
