I have substituted the last two days in a row, as well as having my improv class last night, so I have been SO busy. I know for sure I have not had enough to eat in the last two days. Today all I have had are hot wings. I got them for lunch, and I literally ate like, four of them and I was full! So I saved the rest for dinner and finished them, but had no interest in eating anything else today.

I have gone running three times this week. Although since I subbed today, I waited to run until this evening, and I definitely could feel the hot wings and all the liquids I've drunk

I have been beat all day!! TOM is kicking my BUTT!! We are going over to the clubhouse, at least I can use the elliptical. The gym is about to close at 10pm. The clubhouse will be open all night.

Co-worker Saga

My coworker is becoming quite amusing. Some of us went to lunch today --- just Wendy's where I get a jr bacon cheeseburger (no bun) and a caesar side salad (no croutons). We go to sit down, she goes to a corner booth, and starts pulling the table towards her 'to make room for you' -- lol! I sat down and pulled it back towards me to the original position and told her there's no need for all that space. She says, 'I forgot. You're losing all that weight.' -- When I removed my bun from my burger, she says 'now that is just ridiculous. That bun won't hurt you.' -- Another coworker asked her...

Reviewing my goals

We go to the Circus - 2/9/08 - goal weight = 280.

We go to the beach - 3/14/08 - goal weight = 270.

Mother's Day - goal weight = 255

July 4th - goal weight = 245

Labor Day - goal weight = 230

Halloween - goal weight = 215

My birthday - November 7 - Goal weight = 212

Thanksgiving - goal weight = 205

Christmas - goal weight = 200

Tomorrow will be the weigh in for my first mini goal. Here's praying!!

So Good To Be Home
I missed Chloe so much. She was happy to see me when I pick her up.

I got in early and had lunch with Will. I got the Ribeye at Chili's. It was good.

I did 1 hr cardio and about 15 minutes weights.

Began TOM last night. That could be why I have not been losing despite all my work this week.
I haven't weighed in at home yet, I'll see what tomorrow morning says.

I tried the Shiritake Noodles with cream, Parmesan, and cheddar. Very rubbery, but tastes like whatever you put on it. They were good. Next...
