Workout Tonight

35 min treadmill
10 min cross trainer

I am beat...It is my prayer that this is my last bought with excessive weight. I am tired of the Yo-Yo. More that eating following the Atkins way, I want to be able to maintain regular workouts. This challenge has helped me get back in the groove of working out, but the challenge is over next weight...what will be my focus then??? I guess I will have to enter a new challenge...that's all to it...I do not plan to stop this time!

I have an assignment to finish...

goooood day!

Today was a cold but great day!

I cooked soo much tonight, but it was cool tasted really good.

So today I got an angus burger from Mcdonalds with no bun no ketchup, but when I got it had a mayo on it. I put it on an ooopsie and it was goood. Then I looked at their site there's a whole bunch of stuff in the mayo...I'm nervous about the scale...we'll see

anyways I'm off to LALA land....hopefully I'll see Jesus!

A habit is an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary (i.e. brushing your teeth every day, driving the same route to work, going to the same grocery store, etc.) Wouldn't you like to unconsciously and just automatically save money, exercise and lose weight...

Day 18 - OWL

Nothing new to report today. The scale was again at 240 lbs. Did develop a bout of the flu. I assume that since I have not eaten much today, I will be lighter tomorrow. I do plan to make up for a few lost calories at a Mongolian Grill tomorrow!
